La municipalit\u00e9 va en r\u00e9aliser une partie en 2016 pour 1\u00a0176\u00a0871.<\/p>\n<p>Reste donc \u00e0 faire les travaux compl\u00e9mentaires pour 2\u00a0181\u00a0129 euros.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Ce qui porte le d\u00e9passement \u00e0 <\/strong><strong>3\u00a0251\u00a0150 euros<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le promoteur, BDM, a acquis la Mairie avec l\u2019ensemble des terrains (soit 22\u00a0821 m2) pour 4\u00a0500\u00a0000 \u20ac soit 197 \u20ac le m2.<\/p>\n<p>De particulier \u00e0 particulier, le terrain se vend en centre ville entre 350 et 400 \u20ac le m2, \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s le\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 double.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Avec une mise en concurrence, qui n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 faite, la municipalit\u00e9 pouvait revendiquer 350 euros pour un global de l\u2019ordre de 7,9 M \u20ac. Merci qui ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vendu convenablement, soit 3,4 M \u20ac de plus, le d\u00e9passement \u00e9tait couvert.
